Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the F&B Manager to ensure the sucess of events from setup to breakdown
• Monitor event timelines to ensure timeliness of the event
• Direct and support banquet servers and bartenders during events
• Assist with Inventory as Needed
• Conduct pre-shift meetings to review event details and service expectations.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, guest engagement, and service quality.
• Follow all Safety and Sanitation policies and procedures
• Ensure event details from Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) are accurately followed.
• Ability to read a Banquet Event Order (BEO) and accurately create a plan and execute.
• Other Duties as Assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

• Supervisor Experience - 1 yr preferred
• Food and Beverage Experience 2 years required
• ServSafe Manager Certification preferred
