Patient Service Representative

Do you have at least 1 year of RECENT Call Center experience in the healthcare field? Are you comfortable with $16/hr on a weekly basis? Are you able to commit to working from home for the first 90 days with no absences or tardies 90 days from the beginning of March? Note: Must currently reside in the following territories in order to be considered: Texas, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina. andidates in good standing with Randstad will be considered Additional must have requirements: -Hard line for internet - Ethernet connection -Reliable attendance with no exceptions first 90 days -High school diploma or GED -Comfortable with fast-paced high-volume inbound calls requiring multitasking and precise data entry -Must have flexible availability for rotating shifts, holidays and major events

salary: $15.99 - $16 per hour

Responsibilities

• Answers calls and emails in timely manner, meeting performance goals
• Handles standard call types: tank requests, ETA inquiries, pick-up requests, location assistance,
order status, pricing inquiries
• Documents call information per standard operating procedures
• Answers questions about products, services, retail stores, and general service information
• Verifies insurance carriers in database system
• Resolves customer complaints with problem-solving approach
• Maintains working knowledge of current products and services
• Adheres to HIPAA guidelines and maintains patient confidentiality
