Our agency opened in 2012 and is a close-knit team of five who bring positive energy and a strong work ethic to everything we do. Im a second-generation State Farm agent and spent many years in different roles within State Farm corporate before opening my own office, which gave me a deep understanding of the business and how to support both customers and team members. Ive been married to my college sweetheart for 22 years, and we have three kids. Family is incredibly important to me, and that perspective shapes the way I lead and support my team every day. I stay active in the community through sorority service and outreach, financial literacy programs at local schools, homebuyer workshops, cheer coaching, and sponsorships for local schools. Giving back and helping others succeed is a big part of who I am. Our team enjoys a four-day workweek with early Fridays, along with disability and life insurance, a 401(k), health benefits, and a strong focus on quality of life. Im very family-oriented and supportive, and I take pride in coaching and developing my team both personally and professionally. Our culture is tight-knit, energetic, and competitive in the best way. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
