Customer Service Representative
Job Opening: Admin Asst and Customer Service.
Are you an organized and outgoing individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking a talented Administrative Assistant/ Customer Service Professional to join our dynamic team! If you have a friendly phone manner, experience with QuickBooks, and a solid understanding of Microsoft Office, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer service through effective communication and a positive attitude.
- Manage phone inquiries and ensure a professional and friendly interaction with clients.
- Utilize QuickBooks for invoicing, billing, and basic accounting tasks.
- Assist with collections and follow up on outstanding accounts.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Maintain organized records and files to ensure efficient office operations.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional phone manner and communication skills.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in collections and accounting is a plus.
- Outgoing personality with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
