Experience with CareCloud EMR is a plus but not mandatory.
This role includes performing in-office procedures such as joint and trigger point injections, which must fall within the APRN’s approved scope of practice.

- Coordinate with other healthcare providers and personal injury law firms to ensure comprehensive care for patients involved in accidents or injuries.
- Conduct telemedicine visits to assess and manage patient care remotely, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed in the system.
- Document all patient encounters, treatments, and follow-up plans in the electronic medical record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Review and interpret diagnostic tests such as X-rays and MRIs, and make recommendations for further testing or referrals as needed.
- Assist with creating and reviewing patient care protocols for ongoing treatment, rehabilitation, and pain management.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure patient needs are met, and provide guidance on treatment options and progress.
- Participate in future quarterly APP check-ins or training to maintain consistency in protocols and documentation.
- Keep abreast of the latest practices and guidelines in orthopedics, pain management, and regenerative medicine.

- Ability to conduct telemedicine visits effectively and professionally.
- Additional APRN licenses in Alabama, Tennessee, South Carolina, Texas, Illinois, and/or Mississippi are preferred. Willingness and ability to obtain multi-state licensure will eventually be expected as telemedicine services expand.
- Must meet Georgia Medical Board requirements to perform in-office procedures such as joint injections and TPIs.
- Strong clinical knowledge of orthopedic conditions, pain management techniques, and non-surgical procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
Call Expectations:
This role may eventually include participation in a shared call rotation (once every 4–6 weeks), providing low-volume 24/7 phone-based consultation. This expectation will be discussed further during the hiring process.
