Full-Time | Monday–Friday
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Manager / Bookkeeper to join our growing team. This is a key role that blends accounting support with general office operations — ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
What You’ll Do:
Process daily payments and handle banking activities
Perform full-cycle Accounts Payable and Receivable
Prepare and send invoices, enter/pay bills, manage overdue accounts
Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards
Organize and track job costs, calculate profit/loss
Produce balance sheets, financial statements, and ad-hoc reports
Review open POs and unbilled expenses
Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks, Excel, and Adobe PDF
Assist with phones and general office support as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in bookkeeping, AP/AR, and reconciliation
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
Familiarity with Salesforce and Adobe PDF a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
A methodical, self-motivated work style
Bonus if you have:
Experience with job costing or working in a project-based environment
Prior office management or administrative experience
A can-do attitude and the flexibility to help wherever needed
