As a Business Loan Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Business Services team and ensuring our business members receive the exceptional service they deserve. From onboarding new relationships to maintaining loan files and assisting with audits, you'll help keep our commercial lending operations running smoothly while ensuring compliance.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll serve as the key resource for all things related to business loan support - handling documentation, post-closing reviews, and maintaining files with precision. From setting up loan files and processing payments to coordinating with attorneys and internal teams, you'll ensure compliance and timely responses to member requests. You'll also manage insurance and tax monitoring, support audits, and drive process improvements - all while delivering exceptional service and collaborating seamlessly with your team.

What You Bring to the Table

• At least one year of administrative/clerical experience.
• Knowledge of banking operations and regulations is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• A self-directed, motivated mindset with the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
