Vice President, Sales

Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the division, aligned with company growth targets.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to regional and field sales teams to achieve aggressive sales goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, finance, and product to drive revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of regional sales leaders.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent across the division.
Revenue & Forecasting
- Own divisional P&L targets and sales forecasting accuracy.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new revenue opportunities.
- Monitor KPIs and sales metrics to drive consistent performance and pipeline health.
Customer & Partner Engagement
- Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
- Represent the company at major trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
- Lead strategic negotiations and pricing initiatives for major deals.
- 10+ years of progressive sales experience, including 5+ years in a senior sales leadership role.
- Demonstrated success leading revenue growth, sales strategy, pipeline development, and team performance.
- Experience managing regional, national, or enterprise sales teams.
- Strong understanding of sales operations, forecasting, CRM systems, pipeline management, and performance metrics.
- Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that support business growth objectives.
- Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing sales leaders and individual contributors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and executive relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform sales strategy.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working closely with marketing, finance, operations, product, and executive leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced, or multi-location business environment.
- Prior experience managing large or complex sales organizations.
- Demonstrated success selling to enterprise, strategic, or key accounts.
- Familiarity with sales enablement, compensation planning, territory design, and revenue operations.
- Experience leading change management initiatives, process improvements, or sales transformation efforts.
