Physicians work approximately 15 shifts per month with flexible scheduling and the option for moonlighting. The hospital features an open ICU supported 24/7 by board-certified intensivists via telemedicine, ensuring strong clinical backup. Patient volumes are manageable, typically ranging from 15 to 18 patients per day with rotating admissions, and physicians benefit from comprehensive specialty support including cardiology, orthopedics, and nephrology.
