Field Inspector - Warner Robins & Middle Georgia (1099 Contractor)

The work is simple. You drive to a home, take a few photos, note whether it looks occupied or vacant, and file a short report from your phone. Most stops take ten to twenty minutes, and with Warner Robins, Perry, Centerville, Byron, and Macon all close together you can line up several in one loop instead of crossing the region for one.
You're paid for every completed inspection, by direct deposit. As a 1099 independent contractor you set your own hours and decide how much you take on, so it runs easily alongside whatever else you've got going.
You'll need a reliable vehicle, a valid license, and a smartphone, plus the dependability to meet deadlines and follow client instructions, including knocking to confirm occupancy when asked.
