Invoicing Analyst
Connect Staffing, Inc. seeks an Invoicing Analyst for a long-term contract role with a top corporate employer headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. This individual will review and validate vendor invoices. Hourly rate up to $40.00/hr based on experience. Responsibilities include:
Review and validate vendor invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with negotiated contractual terms, rate cards, and service level agreements
Investigate invoice discrepancies by analyzing billing data, contract language, and usage details; identify root causes of recurring errors or non-compliant invoicing behaviors
Document findings, trends, and corrective actions, and recommend process or control improvements to strengthen invoice accuracy and financial governance
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in analysis or a relevant quantitative field preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex data findings in a clear, concise manner using the Microsoft product suite
- Demonstrate initiative and self-direct work with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience with analytics and/or financial systems preferred
- Undergraduate degree or prior work experience in Finance, Accounting, or quantitative fields preferred but not required
