Community Outreach Specialist (Field-Based)

We are seeking energetic, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join our team as Community Outreach Specialists. This is a field-based role focused on building relationships, engaging with local communities, attending events, and generating qualified leads through face-to-face interactions.

Responsibilities
Conduct community outreach throughout the Atlanta/ Georgia area.
Engage with residents, local businesses, and community organizations.
Generate and qualify leads through in-person interactions.
Represent the company professionally at events and community gatherings.
Build relationships and increase brand awareness.
Track daily outreach activities and results.
Meet and exceed weekly performance goals.

Comfortable speaking with new people daily.
Self-motivated and results-driven.
Reliable transportation preferred.
