Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Atlanta. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression for all visitors and callers. This role requires exceptional communication skills and a friendly demeanor, as you will be managing a busy front desk environment. Location: Atlanta, GA Job: Full time Responsibilities: * Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner. * Answer, screen, and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system. * Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the reception area calendar. * Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. * Maintain an organized filing system and ensure office supplies are readily available. * Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and manage invoicing processes. Minimum requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment. * Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professionalism under pressure.
