Job Title: Machine Operation Lead
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operation Lead to oversee a team within our production environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of machinery, as well as achieving production goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of machine operators and oversee daily operations.
• Conduct preventative and equipment maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Utilize Human-Machine Interface (HMI) for efficient machine operation.
• Handle production goals and ensure targets are met.
• Manage changeovers and ensure smooth transitions between production runs.
• Implement disciplinary actions when necessary to maintain team efficiency.

• Strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Proficient in equipment maintenance and machine operation.
• Experience in production environments and preventive maintenance.
• Familiarity with quality inspection and machine safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and CNC operations.

• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage changeovers effectively.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Villa Rica, GA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Villa Rica,GA.
