Part-Time Clerk – Garden City, GA
Position: Part-Time Clerk
Location: Garden City
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Clerk to support daily office and logistics operations. This position will be responsible for running reports, processing Bills of Lading (BOLs), and handling outbound shipment information. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and experience using Excel applications.
Responsibilities
- Run and distribute daily operational reports
- Process and manage Bills of Ladings (BOLs)
- Enter and maintain outbound shipment information
- Assist with general clerical and administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Communicate effectively with warehouse and office personnel
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting
Requirements
- Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- Part-time position
