Assistant Production Team Lead

Opportunity Overview We are seeking a professional to assist with coordinating workflows and ensuring timely delivery of products and services. The responsibilities are: Supervision and Coordination Supervising production team(s), managing resources and ensuring that all team members are working effectively and efficiently towards production goals. Identifying and addressing operational issues, troubleshooting problems and implementing solutions to minimize delays and maintain productivity. Maintaining clear communication channels within the production team and with other departments Provide hourly reports on production progress and performance to the Production Manager. Completing and verifying documents. Quality Control Monitoring production processed, ensuring adherence to quality standards Implementing correct actions when needed Safety and Procedure Ensuring that all production activities adhere to safety regulations and company policies Training and Development Assisting in the training and development of production staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively Assist with other tasks as needed Key Skills and Qualifications Organizational and Time Management Skills: the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines Communication and interpersonal skills: the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members, other departments and stakeholders. Problem-Solving skills: the ability to identify and analyze production issues, develop solutions and implement them effectively. Leadership and Supervisory skills: the ability to motivate, guide and manage a team of production staff. Technical knowledge: a strong understanding of the production process, relevant equipment and safety regulations. Attention to detail: the ability to maintain accuracy and quality in all aspects of production. Verbal and written skills Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to take initiative Proactive problem-solving skill Attention to Detail Customer Service orientation Microsoft office skills (excel, word, power point).
