What’s the job?

• Prepare state and local income tax, sales and use and personal property tax filings
• Support federal tax provision and financial reporting
• Partner with external advisors on indirect tax initiatives
• Manage exemption certificates and compliance processes
• Track tax deadlines, notices and exposures
• Lead state and local tax audits and inquiries
• Conduct tax research and support planning strategies
• Monitor tax law changes and assess business impact
• Collaborate across finance and operational teams

What’s needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Tax
• 2–4 years of corporate tax experience
• Experience in federal, state and local tax compliance
• Exposure to indirect tax (sales/use, property tax)
• Experience with OneSource, CCH or similar tools preferred
• SAP experience is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
