Academic Support Teacher Immediate Opening
Putney Central School nestled on a 180-acre campus in the Connecticut River Valley of southern Vermont and serving 185 students in grades PK - 8 is seeking applicants for the position of Academic Support Teacher. At PCS we strive to create a learning environment that fosters innovation collaboration equity and inclusion where everyone is valued and respected as well as a strong connection to the natural world through outdoor learning. The position offers the successful candidate the opportunity to be an integral part of a welcoming and collaborative school community This position would start as soon as possible and be for the remainder of the 2025-26 school year only. Primary responsibilities include planning and delivering instruction in middle school core subject areas in both small and large groups running a student advisory and being an active collaborative member of our middle school instructional team.
