Lead Wrapper – BOOSBOWS Gift Wrap Station (Seasonal)
Bring the holidays to life with BOOSBOWS! We’re looking for a Lead Wrapper to manage our busy gift wrap station at Lenox Square and Mall of Georgia.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and support a team of gift wrappers
- Delegate wrapping tasks and ensure quality standards
- Manage daily operations: opening/closing, inventory, payments, scheduling
- Create a fun, customer-friendly holiday experience
Qualifications :
- Retail or leadership experience preferred
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Creative eye and attention to detail
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, festive environment

Responsibilities :
- Wrap gifts in Value, Traditional, Luxury, or Themed styles
- Follow wrap tickets (paper, bows, accessories) with accuracy
- Provide friendly, festive customer service
- Keep the wrap station organized and stocked
Qualifications :
- No experience required – training provided!
- Detail-oriented, creative, and reliable
- Friendly personality with strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in a busy retail setting
