**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**QUALIFICATIONS

- Knowledge in information systems and ability to apply that knowledge in practice.
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to solve problems in straightforward situations by analyzing possible solutions using experience, judgment and precedents.
- Experience participating in IT projects.
- Ability to communicate complex information in straightforward situations.
- Bachelor's degree and three years of experience.
- Banking or financial services experience.
- 1-3 years of experience with low code or no code process development (ServiceNow Preferred) for ITSM, workflows, or related business operations implementations.
- Innovative thinker that can assess and drive discussion around business processes to identify problems and opportunities for technology solutioning and product optimization.
- Experience transitioning process improvements into technology solutions via automation or low code capabilities.
- Familiarity and experience with SDLC and Agile methodology, understanding the principles and framework of developing and implementing user stories.
- Business application testing experience.
- Strongly prefer: ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Nice to have: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
**OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS / WORKING CONDITIONS**
