**Job Title: Millwright** **Job Description** The millwright is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and mechanical equipment in a manufacturing or production environment. This role requires precision, technical expertise, and a strong understanding of mechanical systems to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime. **Responsibilities** + Install and align machinery such as conveyors, pumps, compressors, turbines, and gearboxes. + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to ensure accurate setup. + Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment. + Diagnose mechanical issues and conduct repairs or replacements of faulty components. + Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to maintain equipment. + Identify root causes of equipment failures and recommend corrective actions. + Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve complex mechanical problems. + Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA regulations during all maintenance activities. + Maintain clean and organized work areas to support a safe working environment. + Document maintenance activities and ensure compliance with company standards. + Operate welding and cutting equipment to fabricate or modify machine parts. + Assist in the design and implementation of mechanical upgrades or improvements. **Essential Skills** + Electrical + Welding + Installation + Pneumatics + Blueprint reading + Construction + Conduit + Mechanical skills **Why Work Here?** Enjoy competitive pay and comprehensive health benefits, including dental and vision insurance.
