Provider Relations Account Executive
Location: Sandy Springs
Schedule: Monday–Friday
We are seeking a dedicated and driven Provider Relations Account Executive to grow and maintain our network of medical providers across Georgia. This role is responsible for researching new markets, identifying potential providers, coordinating virtual meetings, and establishing long-term partnerships through effective communication and contract negotiation.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new medical providers across South Carolina
- Lead providers through contract negotiations and onboarding processes
- Build and maintain strong provider relationships while supporting favorable partnership terms
- Conduct research on provider networks and market dynamics to identify opportunities
- Coordinate virtual meetings to establish initial contact and build rapport
- Serve as the primary point of contact for providers, ensuring satisfaction and timely issue resolution
- Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities and support expansion strategies
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market changes to refine outreach strategy
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (healthcare preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for statewide travel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field preferred
Desired Skills
- Ability to independently manage a territory, travel schedule, and sales activities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to maintain CRM accuracy and follow-up cadence
- Ability to learn service models and clearly communicate value to providers
- Familiarity with personal injury cases or medical provider networks is a plus
