What You’ll Be Responsible For:

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll support both people and performance by:

• Partnering closely with the Site Manager to run strong, consistent shifts.
• Leading team members with clear direction, coaching, and follow-through.
• Supporting daily sales goals by modeling confident guest conversations.
• Coaching team members on service quality and club plan engagement.
• Handling opening/closing duties, deposits, and daily operational checks.
• Maintaining site standards for cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
• Addressing performance concerns professionally, with support from leadership.

You won’t be expected to do this alone — training, tools, and leadership support are part of the role.
