Responsibilities

• HR First Point of Contact & Administration: Serve as the initial employee contact for P&C inquiries, policies, and processes, while maintaining accurate employee records and documentation in the HRIS (Paycom).
• Onboarding/Offboarding & Benefits: Support smooth onboarding and offboarding, assist with benefits administration, employee changes, and vendor coordination.
• Compliance & P&C Program Support: Aid in compliance activities (training, audits), and provide administrative support for performance cycles, engagement, and other P&C programs.
• Employee Experience & Culture: Help deliver a positive workplace experience, support internal events/initiatives, and serve as a culture ambassador, reinforcing company values.
• Facility & Operations Coordination: Partner with Operations to manage facility needs across office and warehouse locations, handling maintenance issues, building access, safety, and vendor services.
• Event & Supply Management: Collaborate on managing office supplies and inventory, while assisting with the logistics and execution of internal events, Town Halls, and leadership meetings.

Skills

• Paycom (1 year of experience is preferred)
• HR (2 years of experience is required)
• ADP-HR (1 year of experience is preferred)
• Organizational Skills
