IT Field Tech

EBryIT is currently seeking a W2VHE Computer Field Technician to assist us with a temporary IT installation project starting on 1/19/26.

The Computer Field Technician will be required to have 2+ years of business professional experience in the IT field. The technician will need to be able to keep up with the high pace of installs and crawl under desks to do wire. MUST have a good work ethic.

Project Dates: 1/19/26-Ongoing.

Workdays : Monday-Friday.

Hours of works: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 1yrs experience in servicing/deploying/troubleshooting computer equipment.
• Desktop/laptop installation.
• Onsite Imaging.
• Enrollment
• Asset Tagging.
• Must have proven customer service background. Individual will be knowledgeable of Windows operating system environment. Able to comprehend and follow verbal and
• Written technical instructions and scripts. Provides desk side support in the problem isolation.
• Qualified resources should have A+ certification or equivalent skill set.
• Tech needs to be able to keep up with the high pace of installs and crawl under desks to the wire.
• Must be able to stoop, bend and kneel throughout the day.

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma. Associates degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, Information Services.
• Two-year college or technical sc hool preferred and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have a good driving record over the last 3 years.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to all customer sites.

**Required to pass a national criminal background check, drug screen and sexual offender registry & mvr check**
