Job Title: Automotive Sales Consultant
Location: Carrollton, GA (In-Person)
Pay Range: $85,000 - $145,000+ per year (base + commission)

Business is booming at Pugmire Ford of Carrollton, and we're growing our team! We’re looking for driven, energetic, and professional Automotive Sales Consultants with proven sales experience who are ready to hit the ground running.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and present vehicle options

• Become an expert in our product lineup and the latest automotive technology

• Conduct test drives to showcase features and performance

• Provide accurate quotes and explain finance or lease options

• Set appointments and follow up with online and in-store prospects

• Maintain relationships with past customers to generate future sales

What We’re Looking For:

• MUST HAVE prior sales experience (automotive sales preferred but not required)

• A strong desire to succeed and exceed goals

• A customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills

• Tech-savvy with the ability to use basic computer programs and CRM systems

• A professional appearance and strong presentation skills

• Availability on Saturdays (we’re closed Sundays!)

• Valid U.S. driver’s license
