Basic Job Functions:

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate lead and uphold safety policies practices procedures and housekeeping standards at all times.

1. Properly follow company and OSHA safety procedures.
2. Operate a roll off truck to load and unload roll off boxes.
3. 1st shift 5a-5p 4 days on and 4 days off
4. Monitor clean and inspect plant production equipment to ensure proper operation.
5. Assist other workers as needed.
6. Cleanup and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Experience in an industrial/outdoor work environment.
2. Ability to drive equipment under varying working conditions.
3. Ability to work with others in a team environment.
4. Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience driving a straight truck roll off truck or box truck.
