Confectioner and Fudge Maker

Responsible for making the best fudge, caramel corn, brittle, caramel Apples, and dipped items that you'll eve enjoy. Responsible for providing exceptional customer service, offering samples, restock inventory, offer counter service, and maintain cleanliness/health standards.

We maintain a casual environment, but professionalism and punctuality are expected. B e cause chocolate and ice cream cravings do not follow a typical 9-5 schedule, availability to work night, weekends, and holidays is required. If that sounds like you, apply today!

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Pay plus Tips
• Expected Hours: Part time - Sunday availability required
  

Essential Functions:

• Uphold integrity, honesty, and knowledge that support Kilwins’ culture and values.
• Prepare and store products following established quality standards.
• Learn and share Kilwins’ history and product details with customers.
• Engage with customers by providing excellent service and sharing product knowledge.
  
• Maintain product quality, appearance and freshness.
• Perform general cleaning duties and follow opening/closing procedures.
• Offer samples and encourage customer interaction.
• Enjoy the job and bring enthusiasm to the team!

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to handle transactions accurately.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Customer-focused with a friendly and engaging personality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
• Punctual and reliable, ensuring consistency in attendance and performance.
• Willing to help and support other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Education and Experience:

• Prior sales or customer service experience is helpful.
• Previous dessert decorating/baking experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be 18 years old
