General:
Hands-on supervisor of multi-skilled die maintenance area, including all aspects of die condition, corrective action, preventive maintenance, machine shop, and associated personnel.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Manpower scheduling and planning.
- Implement die problem root cause and corrective action investigation procedures.
- Development, implementation, and management of preventive Maintenance programs for all dies.
- Development and management of all Die Maintenance policies, practices, and procedures.
- Development, implementation, and management of Die Maintenance Associate Skill-Up programs.
- Development and management of the DT priority schedule.
- Overall responsibility for Die Maintenance and Machine Shop safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
- Other duties as required by management.
Qualifications:
- 2 Year or 4-year technical degree or equivalent
- 2-4 years of machine ship and maintenance experience.
- 2-4 years of management experience.
- ISO/TS 16949 preferred.
