Responsibilities:
- Work quickly and efficiently as leads come in to get quotes to prospects in a timely manner.
- Provide prompt and accurate client support to existing book of business.
- Identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate coverage's including auto, home and life insurance.
- Ability to work with fellow team members and agent to meet office goals.
- Go-getter that is willing to reach out to many people as it takes to be successful.
Required Work Experience:
- Licensed in property and casualty or willing to be licensed (at agents expense)
- 1 + years of sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated
- Car sales, telephone sales, real estate agents encouraged to apply.
As an licensed insurance sales representative, you will receive:
- base salary + commission + bonuses
- paid leads daily - you will be successful here!
