Job Description As an Entry Level Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. You will handle client inquiries, provide information about our services, and assist with administrative tasks that support the customer experience. Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and accuracy. * Provide detailed information about company services and processes. * Assist clients in resolving issues or directing them to the appropriate department. * Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up when necessary. * Support the customer service team in daily administrative tasks. * Uphold company values and deliver a positive client experience at all times. Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry). * Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required.
