Corporate Tax Analyst POST NUMBER: 473911

Now Hiring: Staff or Senior Tax Analyst | Hybrid (Metro Atlanta)

We’re working with a privately held, growing organization to hire a Staff or Senior Tax Analyst to join a small, high-impact corporate tax team.

Experience Levels Considered:
  • Staff / Tax Analyst: 2 years of relevant experience
  • Senior Tax Analyst: 5 years of relevant experience
Must Haves:
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
  • Strong data analysis (G/L, large data sets, apportionment, tax notices)
  • Corporate tax experience; public accounting tax considered
  • Experience with sales tax and W-9 processing
  • Must have corporate tax provisions and/or returns (1120, GAAP provision)
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Nice to Haves:
  • Tax administration experience
  • OneSource is highly preferred
  • Journal entries and high-volume data exposure
  • Financial services or insurance background
  • CPA not required

Key Responsibilities (Snapshot):
  • Prepare and format GL data for tax provision/compliance software
  • Coordinate sales tax data and new location setup
  • File excise returns; respond to tax notices
  • Reconcile tax accounts; calculate estimated payments
  • Support audits and external tax preparers
