CommuniCare Therapy Services is a growing therapy private practice located in Peachtree City, Georgia, proudly serving families and individuals throughout Fayette County and surrounding areas. Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to pediatric clients (with potential expansion to adult populations)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families and caregivers
- Deliver in-clinic services in a warm, child-friendly environment
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and payer requirements
- Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team including speech-language pathologists
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development
- Uphold HIPAA compliance and maintain confidentiality of all client records
- Licensed or license-eligible Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in the state of Georgia
- Passed or eligible to sit for the NBCOT certification exam
- New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
- Pediatric experience or coursework preferred, but passion for working with children is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with families and caregivers
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a growing practice environment
- Commitment to family-centered, evidence-based care
