We are currently seeking a Salesforce Engineering Manager to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).

We are looking for a Salesforce Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and architects in delivering scalable, high-impact Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will combine deep Salesforce expertise with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to drive innovation, efficiency, and alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce engineers and administrators, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.

- Oversee the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).

- Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.

- Define and enforce Salesforce development standards, best practices, and governance policies (e.g., CI/CD, code reviews, security, and data management).

- Manage project delivery timelines, resource allocation, and prioritization to ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables.

- Stay abreast of Salesforce platform releases, emerging features, and integration opportunities to optimize system capabilities.

- Drive automation, technical debt reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives across Salesforce applications.

- Collaborate with enterprise architects and IT leaders to ensure alignment with overall technology strategy and ecosystem integration.

Qualifications

- 8–12 years of Salesforce platform experience

- 3 plus years of experience in a people management or team lead capacity role.
