Job Title: Field Service Technician – Compressed Air Systems
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
Location: On-site customer locations (daily travel required)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. This hands-on role involves servicing, installing, and maintaining compressed air systems and related equipment at customer sites. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude and experience working with rotary screw, reciprocating compressors, air dryers, and associated components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service and maintain rotary screw and reciprocating air compressors

• Service and repair air dryers (refrigerated and desiccant types)

• Install and maintain hose reels and hoses

• Perform installation of compressed air equipment

• Change and maintain air filtration systems at the point of use

• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in compressed air systems

• Service and maintain paint booths , including filter replacement

• Service AMUs (Air Make-Up Units)

• Maintain accurate service records and communicate job status with management

Requirements:

• Prior experience servicing compressed air systems and related equipment

• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills

• Ability to read and interpret manuals and schematics

• Reliable transportation and clean driving record (travel to customer sites required)

• Must be able to work independently and professionally in customer environments

• Basic electrical knowledge is a plus

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in industrial environments
