Role Description The Junior Analyst role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chicago, IL. This role involves gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements, assisting in the documentation of processes and workflows, and supporting the development and implementation of IT solutions. The Junior Analyst will prepare reports and dashboards, help identify inefficiencies or gaps, and support senior team members with data validation and testing. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in client meetings, and contributing to project planning and status tracking. The role also requires maintaining clear documentation and providing basic end-user support under the guidance of more senior staff.

Qualifications

• Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw clear conclusions.
• Foundational knowledge of information technology concepts, such as systems analysis, databases, and software implementation.
• Proficiency with productivity and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, basic reporting tools, or BI platforms).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to document requirements, prepare reports, and participate in client discussions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in team environments and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior internship or entry-level experience in consulting, IT services, or business analysis is preferred but not required.
• Interest in professional development in analytics, consulting, or IT solution delivery within a fast-paced environment.
