And we do it all with heart, each and every day. **Position Summary** The Senior Customer Service Representative responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls across all product lines, with a particular emphasis on FairCost. Duties include investigating and resolving inquiries and issues for members, clients, and providers. **Required Qualifications** + 3-5 years of proven experience in roles that demand high levels of multitasking and consecutive listening skills. + 3-5 years of customer service experience + 3-5 years of a healthcare background experience + 3-5 Production driven environment + Must be tech-savvy: Demonstrated ability to effectively use and adapt to various technologies and software **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience with products, FH, Cofinity and ASA is a plus. + Basic knowledge of Excel **Education** + High School diploma or GED required. **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $18.50 - $42.35 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
