Position: Bilingual HR Administrator
Location: Suwanee, GA
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $20+/hour DOE
Job Type: Full Time | 90 day Temp-to-Hire
Job Summary
We are hiring a Bilingual HR Administrator for a client in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role serves as the first point of contact for employees and handles a wide range of HR administrative functions including payroll submission, onboarding support, attendance tracking, and employee records management. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related questions and inquiries
Maintain and update digital personnel records in SharePoint
Provide interpretation and translation support in English and Spanish
Process new hire paperwork and assist with onboarding and orientation
Administer pre-employment screening including drug and background checks
Submit weekly payroll and provide employee benefits information to the payroll department
Track and report attendance, distribute notices to supervisors, and maintain attendance records
Schedule interviews and assist with recruiting as needed
Respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of the HR department
Prepare correspondence, meeting minutes, and confidential reports
Assist with discipline documentation and employee grievances with full confidentiality
Support HR training record-keeping and serve as backup to HR Specialist
Must Haves
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
Proven experience in an HR Administrator or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills — in person, phone, and email
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
High school diploma and at least 2 years of relevant HR or manufacturing experience
Preferred Skills
Experience with Paycom or similar HRIS/payroll software
Knowledge of labor relations and employment law
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Prior training facilitation or record-keeping experience
Trilingual (English, Spanish, Vietnamese) a plus
