We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team in Ellabell, Ga. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality, safety, and functionality. This role involves inspecting materials, in-process products, and finished goods, as well as collaborating with production teams to resolve quality issues and ensure continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Inspect automotive interior parts to ensure conformance to product specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct functional testing to verify that parts meet performance requirements.
- Identify defects or deviations from product specifications and document findings accurately.
- Work closely with the production team to resolve quality concerns, improve processes, and maintain high levels of product consistency.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Use of inspection tools and equipment.
- Strong understanding of automotive interior parts and components.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a team-oriented approach.
