Job Title: Experienced CDL Truck Driver

Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced CDL truck drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and experience driving manual transmission trucks. The primary responsibility will be to perform short haul routes and port runs, ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods. Drivers will return home every day. Paid weekly (50%/50% after gas).

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and drive manual transmission trucks to transport goods to various destinations.
- Perform short haul routes and port runs efficiently and safely.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
- Maintain accurate logs of working hours and vehicle service records.
- Ensure the secure and safe handling of cargo.
- Follow all applicable traffic laws and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Experience driving manual transmission trucks.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and traffic laws.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, such as loading and unloading cargo.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to handle unexpected changes in schedules and routes.
