Attorney - Civil Litigation

(multiple positions open! Growing firm..hiring multiple attorneys!)

A prestigious and well-established national law firm headquartered in Tucker, GA , seeks a dynamic and driven Civil Litigation Attorney. Here, you can work directly with the managing partners on a diverse range of cases, providing top-tier legal representation to our clients.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience preferred. Creditors Rights Bankruptcy experience a plus...will consider Criminal experience a plus; will consider Personal Injury. MUST HAVE SEVERAL YEARS REGULAR Trial and Courtroom Experience !
• GA Bar Admission
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong case management and organization skills, including managing numerous cases at once

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate the ability to develop and execute effective legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Demonstrate attention to detail preparing and filing legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Manage the discovery process, including depositions, document requests, and evidence gathering.
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate with clients informing them about case progress and providing clear explanations of legal matters.
• Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism in all interactions.
• Excellent writing skills.

Billable Hour Requirement: 1600 per year

Salary plus quarterly incentive bonus and end-of-year discretionary bonus

(Incentive Bonus paid Quarterly for any hours exceeding 400 billable per quarter)
