Job Summary:
Decatur, Georgia The organization is seeking a licensed Outpatient Physical Therapist for a placement starting on 07/06/2026. Job Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, following a Monday through Friday schedule, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; active applicable license for the State of Georgia; CPR Certification; 0+ years of outpatient clinical experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience of 1+ year in outpatient clinical settings; previous assignment with the organization or agency is highly desired; prior successful assignment with the organization is a plus.
• Additional Information: The role requires completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, documenting medical records accurately and promptly, participating in student programs, and pursuing ongoing professional development. The therapist must adhere to State Practice Acts and maintain licensure in good standing, following organizational performance improvement initiatives and professional standards.
