ProClaim Partners, LLC, an affiliated company of Prime Care Technologies, Inc., is looking for an experienced software developer to join our primeCLAIMS team. Our primeCLAIMS comprehensive claims system was built for billers, by billers. The EHR integration allows us to automate, supercharge, and accelerate senior care claims processing. Based in Duluth, GA, this role can be 100% remote for the correct candidate. Your skills and the work that you are able to perform is more important than where you live. That said, we are looking for an employee, not a contractor. Applicants must have authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship.

Core Responsibilities
• Architect & Develop: Build and maintain backend services in C#/.NET Core, ensuring they are performant, scalable, and resilient.
• Optimize Performance: Profile applications, reduce latency, and tune database queries to handle large healthcare datasets efficiently.
• Data Management: Work with SQL Server to design schemas that balance speed with reliability.
• Security & Compliance: Implement HIPAA, HITRUST, or GDPR aligned practices—encryption, access controls, and audit logging.
• Mentorship: Guide mid level and junior developers, perform code reviews, and enforce best practices.
• Collaboration: Partner with product managers, QA, DevOps, and clinicians to translate healthcare workflows into robust software.

Key Skills & Competencies
• Deep C#/.NET expertise: Advanced knowledge of async programming, LINQ, generics, and memory management.
• Performance tuning: Skilled in profiling tools, caching strategies, and optimizing high throughput APIs.
• Microservices & APIs: Experience designing RESTful or gRPC services that scale horizontally.
• Database optimization: Strong SQL query tuning, indexing strategies, and experience with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR).
• Testing & CI/CD: Strong focus on automated testing, continuous integration, and deployment pipelines.
• Domain knowledge: Understanding of healthcare workflows, interoperability standards, and regulatory constraints.
