Job Description Job Description: A client of Insight Global is seeking a proactive and technically skilled Desktop Analyst to provide comprehensive end-user support and maintain IT infrastructure across our office or region. The ideal candidate will have experience with hardware and software troubleshooting, cloud technologies, and infrastructure systems, and will play a key role in supporting business initiatives and ensuring operational continuity. Day to Day: - Provide end-user support for hardware, software, mobile devices, and peripherals, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. - Manage IT infrastructure and systems, including network equipment, servers, and cloud-based technologies like GSuite and BetterCloud. - Administer access and security, perform audits, and support compliance activities such as PCI and Business Continuity Planning (BCP). - Support technical projects and service operations, collaborating with the Service Desk, NOC, and other teams to implement business initiatives. - Maintain IT assets and tools, including inventory tracking, MDM solutions, VPN support, and deployment of system images via MDT. Compensation:  - $10/hr to $12/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
