The position offers per diem work in a school setting located in the Rossville, GA area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small group academic, behavioral, and social support under teacher direction
• Assist students with daily routines, transitions, and active classroom involvement
• Implement behavior support plans and follow guidelines outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Support student mobility, supervision, and personal care needs as required
• Help maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Compliance with TB testing as per district requirements
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when necessary
• Current clearances or willingness to obtain prior to start date

Preferred Experience:

• Background in school environments, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Certification or experience with CPI, PMT, or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credentials considered a strong plus
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative approach
