Our gymnastics facility is thriving, and we are looking for a knowledgeable and energetic gymnastics and tumbling instructor who can teach innovative and engaging classes to our athletes. You will be leading classes in a team environment for a variety of ages and skill levels. While we want our classes to be physically challenging, we also place an emphasis on safety and technique. $9 - $15 hourly based on experience

• Ensure that classes are fun and engaging while also being physically challenging and safe for participants

• Promptly arrive before each class so you're prepared for your classes when they start.
• Arrive excited and ready to give the kids the best experience possible.
• Coach with positivity and encouragement.
• Communicate with parents after class and discuss performance, improvement, etc.
• Support your coworkers when needed.

• Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience
• Possesses strong, organizational and time management skills
• Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers

• Must be able to communicate with students and parents with great energy and enthusiasm.
• Must have an amazing personality that children and parents alike will be drawn to.
• If you don't have a gymnastics or tumbling background, you must be willing to learn and actively participate in a work/learn environment.
• Once trained, you must be able to demonstrate (some) and spot skills.
