Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Logistics & Fulfillment Support

Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for brands that outsource their logistics and fulfillment to our company. This role is responsible for managing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience from order processing to final delivery. The ideal candidate will combine excellent communication skills with strong problem-solving abilities to maintain high customer satisfaction and uphold service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the liaison between clients and internal operations teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.


• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.


• Resolve shipment, inventory, and order-related issues with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.


• Monitor account activity, provide regular status updates, and track performance metrics for assigned brands.


• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure service standards are met or exceeded.


• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Prior customer service experience, preferably in logistics, fulfillment, or e-commerce.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


• Proficiency with CRM and order management systems is a plus.
