**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
+ Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry into restricted areas within the aerospace and defense location.
+ Observe and report any irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
+ Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and personnel while upholding Allied Universal standards.
+ Complete detailed reports and logs of all patrols, incidents, and security-related activities as required by site procedures.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience or 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 years of security-related experience.
+ Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
+ Be at least 21 years of age.
+ CPR or first aid certification is preferred.
+ Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
