Yancey Bros. Co. is seeking motivated college students to join our Summer 2026 Business Internship Program. This program is designed to provide exposure to our organization and develop a strong foundation across multiple areas of the business.

As a Business Intern, you will gain hands-on experience with key functions such as operations, sales, marketing, finance, and other critical areas that drive our success. Interns will work on real-world projects, participate in job shadowing, and collaborate with teams across the organization to better understand how each function contributes to overall business performance.

Our internship program takes a flexible and personalized approach. Rather than assigning interns to predefined roles, we evaluate each candidate’s strengths, interests, and career goals throughout the application process and align them with business needs. This allows interns to gain meaningful, well-rounded experience while contributing in areas where they can make the greatest impact.

Throughout the internship, you will:

• Gain exposure to business functions and day-to-day operations

• Support active projects and business initiatives

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and build professional relationships

• Shadow experienced employees to learn key processes and workflows

• Present insights, ideas, or project outcomes to leadership

This internship is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of how a successful organization operates while helping you explore potential career paths within Yancey Bros. Co.

We are looking for driven and curious individuals who are eager to learn and gain exposure to different areas of a business. Ideal candidates are adaptable, team-oriented, and motivated to contribute in a professional environment.

Strong communication skills, a willingness to take initiative, and an interest in business operations are essential for success in this role.

Education/Experience:

• Currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Management, or a related field
  • Prior internship, work, or leadership experience is a plus but not required
