Welder

We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder proficient in joining both carbon steel and aluminum components. You will read technical blueprints, prep materials, set up GMAW equipment according to metal thickness, and perform high-quality production and structural welds. Key Responsibilities

• Execute clean, strong MIG welds on carbon steel and aluminum assemblies using solid wire and spool gun/push-pull setups.

• Cut, grind, clean, and fit steel and aluminum parts according to engineering specifications and tolerance limits.

• Interpret welding symbols, technical drawings, and work orders to guide proper joint design and layout.

• Maintain gas flow rates, select proper wire drives/contact tips, perform routine wire changes, and troubleshoot minor feeder issues.

• Inspect finished welds for defects and repair as necessary to ensure structural integrity.

• Strictly adhere to PPE requirements, proper ventilation practices for aluminum fumes, and workshop safety protocols.
